Engine Oil Cooling

Systems designed to cool and maintain a pre-determined temperature of engine oil.  They range from mere mechanical configuration to fully computer interfaced, which easily interface with system integration controls.  Cooling systems are sized by engine heat rejection/coolant flow and differential temperature between lowest engine coolant control and inlet temperature of cooling water.  A questionnaire is available below to assist in the development of your system.

The base model utilizes a stainless steel monocoque structure that keeps all of the funtioning piping, valves, coolers, and electronics enclosed to minimize clutter in the test cell.  The units can be mounted on wheels to move with the engine, moved between test cells or simple moved out of the way until the next test.
