Engine Handling Carts/Pallets

Mobil platform that allows an engine/transmission to be mounted, aligned, dressed outside of the dynamometer test cell and rapidly installed, or removed.   These devices provide universal mounting platforms for the engine/transmission.  15-minute engine changeovers are possible, our carts are also engineered with customers application in mind.  All Application Engineering Inc. Cart/Receiver products utilize two (2) round locators at the flywheel end of the cart and cammed clamping locators at the front end of the cart or engine.  Another prime feature is that the cart is lifted from the floor and is under a compressive clamping load while under test. All carts have commercially available bolted on, ball bearing swivel casters and all cart/receiver weldments are sand blasted, primed and painted polyurethane ultrasonic silver.  The locating components are removable, hardened and plated for rust prevention. Many specials and custom engineered carts are available.
